Decluttering: Treasures and Trash, Part I

Panel Discussion with Elaine Turek & Steven King

Tuesday, May 8, 2:30-4:00 pm

First Presbyterian Church

704 Whitney Ave, at Huntington St

Getting organized is about more than filing papers & alphabetizing books.  It’s about reducing the many “things” we have collected over the years.  Sentiment can make this task daunting, but it can be made more manageable by dividing it into parts.

This presentation will help us think about how to proceed. Elaine Turek, decluttering specialist, will discuss the difficult decisions of what to keep, what to part with, how to decide. Steve King – HHer from Hamden Village -- will present options for disposing of possessions we can no longer keep, including those that may be of interest or value to others.

Parking is behind the church, with additional parking available on Huntington Street. Please call the office to register.
